“I recently faced the challenge of relocating to the USA before tenants moved out of my Sydney apartment, so I was unable to pack up and move all my household furniture and items. Before I left Australia, Leslee helped me go through many personal, home and office items and get clear on what to keep, toss, store, donate or sell. A few weeks later when I was back in the USA, my tenants moved out and Leslee spent over two days at the apartment overseeing the logistics of furniture and household items being collected by people who bought items on eBay, or friends and family who took items away to enjoy and store in their own home.

It was a large job requiring a good deal of logistics, organisation, patience, understanding, excellent communication and definitely a sense of humour! To know my home was being packed down and moved – while I was 8,000 miles away – was somewhat stressful and emotional for me, but Leslee kept me informed and involved in decisions as needed, which gave me great peace of mind. She also ensured the place was cleaned and empty and emailed photos of the apartment so I could see the end result – before dropping the keys off to my real estate agent.
