Being organised should enhance your ability to live, work and create more effectively.”

Leslee Stroud, creator of Order Matters, thrives on variety and a challenge. She has worked both as an employee and contractor in careers including public relations, event management, project management, team leadership and high level office administration, in diverse areas including education, not-for-profit, small business, corporate and government organisations.

Leslee also holds qualifications in Small Business Management (awarded first place in her year), Public Relations, Event Management and secretarial studies.

Leslee is dedicated, professional, honest and reliable with a friendly, open nature and an eye for detail. She has a genuine interest in people and business, and believes life is all about continuous learning.

Is Leslee totally organised in every area of her life? No! Professional Organisers are just like everyone else and the best ones don’t believe in perfection. Just like the plumber with the leaky tap, they too are human. Professional Organisers can suffer from disorganisation at certain times or in certain areas of their lives.

Leslee says “Being organised isn’t about perfection or stunting creativity. It’s about clearing the clutter and creating systems that work for you so you can live and work in harmony with your environment. Being organised should enhance your ability to live, work and create more effectively, not hinder it.”

“My motivation for helping people bring order to their lives is simple. I get great satisfaction from doing something that comes relatively easily to me, but makes a big impact on my clients. I love creating order from chaos” Leslee explained.

Leslee is an Accredited member of the Australasian Association of Professional Organisers (AAPO), Chair of AAPO’s National Organising Week Subcommittee, PR Subcommittee member and former Newsletter Editor. She trained with the founder of Australia’s first professional organising service.
